What youre doing now seems to be good. Make sure diet is good by eating a lot of whole foods like beef dairy eggs fruit honey potatoes and avoid seed oils/PUFA as much as possible and foods that contain it. Avoid grains and nuts, processed foods, chemicals, preservatives, pesticides etc. get sunlight of course etc.

Not started hgh yet (I'm abroad at the moment), but I've had a cm gain from using arimidex and mk677 for the past 11 days, not sure if it's coincidence but I'll measure myself better tomorrow
