Yeah lock in on that, make your eyebrows visible, they seem to be thick and nice, girls like that. You have a narrow maxilla, maybe consistently mhard mew? It might not do a lot but it doesn’t hurt to try since you’re 15. Once you get older you can get an MSE because you probably have narrow palate anyway and would benefit from some increased airway space. Physical attributes I think you’re solid bro keep looksmaxxing like clear skin, better eye area, better hair etc but if you’re still struggling to get girls you might just have bad game or no aura, that shit can be fixed tho but it’s a bit more complicated to tell you how over a forum
