mtn, work on colouring and contrast... good physique already, get a rhino and some lip filler, bimax and rramus/jaw implants also see some infraorbital recession use cc cream/concealer to fraud else infraorbital rim implants/fata grafts, thicken and dye yourr eyebrows

My submandibular glands are fuckass showing will get them removed when 18(17now)
