What can I take/do to look better any advice appreciated I’m on accutane and minoxidil atm. I’m 16 6,0

Idk but I’m skinny that’s why it’s so annoying why my face is fat asf
you might be bloated, reduce sodium and then increase potassium and do cardio. I would also advise that you start lifting weights to get your test up and make sure you have calcium in your diet for facial bone growth. You should also maybe take estrogen conversion blockers, probably something like 5 mgs of aromasin daily to decrease the fusing of your growth plates even though you're already tall.

Thankyou I will look into it, I’ve been working out like 2 months now
 
do u have an overbite? chin looks projected but lower jaw still seems kinda far back.
would explain why the lower lip is further back aswell. fixing this would improve a lot, but probably only hardmax as an option

Thankyou I will look into it, I’ve been working out like 2 months now
its likely just bloat then, KShami's video on youtube explains it well and how to debloat well, to make it faster you can fully cut out sodium and sugar but if you follow the basic principles of it (lower sugar and lower sodium with higher potassium, exercise, and if you can go in a sauna) you will get debloated slowly (over a week or more)
