yea lots of girls say that a lot but if you wanna get taller just sleep 8 hours and keep good posture and try to stretch legs and other parts also ask your doctor if your growth plates are done growing!

Wait before that, how tall is your dad and or grandpa (main factor that determines height)
My father is 5’7 and grandpa around 5’8 my mother is also 5’7 and grandpa shrunk a lot maybe like 5’4 now. My mothers brother is 6’1
 
Unfortunately, your mother's side height doesn't actually have that much of an effect on your max potential height, regardless of what retards on TikTok post. From what I calculated, my max potential height is 5'9 and my parents are the same height as you are. So honestly that might be your max potential height too. However there's another factor to consider, have you grown at all in the last 6 months?

Yeah around when I started school in august I was around 5’6 and a half now I am 5’8. Just measured at the hospital yesterday since I was in a bad crash

Okay then you're on a good trajectory. Instead of igf-1 (which is essentially a growth hormone releasing hormone), take cjc-1295 + ipamorelin which will increase the release and half-life of hgh AND igf-1 in your body, allowing you to grow taller as you're already growing without side effects

To answer the question, what is IGF-1, it's something naturally produced in your body alongside hGH or human growth hormone, called insulin growth factor 1. These two hormones are essential for triggering height growth in your bones. But since you're already growing you don't need to inject these synethic ones that come with side effects

I lift 5 times a week with a ppl schedule and I do not take any vitamins
Fire I also run ppl but only 3 times a week. For vitamins start taking magnesium, D3+K2, some calcium supplement, fish oils, zinc, a multivitamin to cover those hidden areas where you’re lacking, and vitamin C if you think you may be lacking
