You could get zygomatic implants for under eye support or infras. If you really wanna be the best, you can also get a lefort for more maxillary projection. I don’t know if I’m bugging but it also looks like you have narrow clavicles.

I was holding the phone with both hands so I can see how it’d look I have narrow clavicles lol
