a part time job wouldn’t care about your work experience and extracurriculars. They won’t go too hard on a 17 year old

Just say that you're reliable, smart, hard-working, honest, friendly, mature, humble, etc...

Under the table type jobs.

"I worked for my uncle in Alaska killing wolves and grizzly bears to protect a native settlement that was under threat last summer."

Then just pick someone who's organized in their life to pretend to be your uncle and corroborate your story when they call.

What I take into consideration when employing would not particularly be experience, especially at your age where it's not expected for your to have experience, if you write some thing like " even thought I lack the formal experience I am highly motivated and have a "if I don't know it, I will learn it" attitude towards things" will be good as being honest and letting them know you actually want to do your best is in my opinion the best way to handle it

as long as you understand that doesn't show high motivation or learner attitude but ability to copy paste

which is still good as you don't want low iqs who can't or don't know it's helpful

what age does it matter a lot more?
Depends on location, but usually over 18 at least a part time job is expected and requirements are just progressively getting higher unless you're full on studyceling
