what can i realistically ascend to after trimax?

im currently preparing for a 3 piece le fort 1 with a +6mm bsso and inferior border sliding and ccw rotation all in one. id say im around a ltn cause my hair is okay my eyes are alr but my nose and jaw are my main flaws. i might get rhino in the future. face iqlab says my harmony is a 5.5 however i think my overall rating is around 4.5-5 cause im pretty versed in face ratings but idk what i could be considered after surgery.

MTN, if i cover your jaw your nose holds u back. However like the individual above me said this will be huge for you mirin.

it fixes droopy nose tip due to the counter clockwise rotation. and it's gonna make my chin and jaw wider and taller and make my ramus look taller as well as everything being less recessed

I think the ccw rotation is going to help drastically bringing a lot of support back into your lower and midface. That should help reduce the look of eyebags with the undereye support. I think you could realistically hit MTN and or HMTN (could reach for HTN if it goes perfect). I wish you the bestest of luck brah.

Thats wishful thinking, if anything your nose can look even wider and your jaw assymetry(ramus height) can become more noticeable as you bring everything to view. It will ascend you 100% but be realistic. Ypu will still need a rhino and other stuff aswell

try get a rhino thrown into the surgery. if you do this + rhino i think you could reach a 6.5 . also in addition to BSSO you should get chin implants to masculinise your middle third of your jaw and give it more height. i have the same issue so thats what im planning on getting. your eye base is really pretty good too so sometime in the future i could recommend cheekbone / zygo implants + otoplasty / long hair. if you did everything i just said i think you could be a 7+

my mom got a rhino after her double jaw. it was covered by insurance cause of how it changed. i lowkey think i just wanna change the base of it and maybe bridge slightly but lowkey i don't think it's as huge of a flaw as my jaw. the trimax will still ascend me realistically to hmtn

Yes it is. I think more that I look and think about it you could achieve LHTN to HTN. But I think it is definitely possible to achieve HMTN.
