what can i realistically do to grow in height at 16 and 5’9? (peptides)

i’m afraid of fucking my natural growth if i have any type of late blooming. my cousin was pretty short at my age and then had a huge growth phase (he’s 6’5 now). should i hop on things like igf1, hgh etc to increase gh or no? i prob should check my growth plates.
