As others have said, you have lots of potential:

For skin: Epiduo recently was approved as an OTC treatment. It combines adapalene gel and benzoyl peroxide, which kills the bacteria that cause acne and promotes skin cell turnover. Highly recommend. It's slightly drying, so layer a moisturizer underneath it and a tinted spf over it. Tinted spf will even your skin tone, cover up acne scars, and make you look tanner. You should also use the tinted spf or a lighter bb cream under your eyes to cover up dark circles.

You have a massive forehead, which is honestly not a problem so long as you cover it with a good haircut. Your head is quite wide already, so you dont want to have much mass on the sides. Style your hair forward over your forehead and keep it shorter on the sides.

For your top lip, apply a moisturizer daily that contains hyaluronic acid and cover it with vaseline. Hyaluronic acid will hydrate it and vaseline will lock in that hydration. I'd recommend you use the rosy lips vaseline to give the illusion of a redder plumper top lip.

You should also train your neck with chin tucks to masculinize your face. Not only will it make you look more dominant, but more muscle in the neck will make your face and jaw look leaner.
