Im getting lefort 1 advancement and a widening of the pallate in my surgery, i dont think this will ascend me as much as a lefort 2 would obviously, but is there anything i can larp about to the surgoen to make him consider a lefort 2 or is it over.

Why stop there push for a lefort 4. Then meet in the middle with him at lefort 2.
