idk just always had it, it makes my appetite very instable, so I would either be extremely hungry or barely have an appetite, so I would just gain and lose weight very frequently

Need more context to delve into the underlying cause.
I don't really know a medication that can just reduce the feeling of being nauseated. Maybe something anti-inflammatory? Not sure.
