What can i wait from a bimax / trimax

Hello, i post here because i am severly recessed, i gonna have a appointement with a surgeon soon normally and i have to ask some questions here before i ask them to the surgeon to be able to plan the procedure correctly.

First of all let's talk about my case, im extremely skinny but still have no definition in my face, my gonial angle is very high, i have no ramus and if you look my profile from side, you don't see any definition (maybe caused by the hyoid, i dont know) basically i looks like the perfect mouth breather

but for some reason, i have a perfect prettyboy nose, short and upturned, is it possible to do bimax without ruining the nose ?

does the bimax also reduce the gonial angle and the philtrum length ? (my philtrum is long btw)

which are the main concern i should share to the surgeon to don't have a mid result, most result i see on the internet are mid and people still looks recessed on the after, it's why i come here to you guys, to made my plan because you are basically the best source of knowledge about aesthetic i can found, and my last hope to live a human life.

as ypu can see, the nose is psl god tier its why im kidna scared of the lefort cut and i don't know how to manage to have advancement in the maxilla without ruining the nose.

over the recession, i think the worse issue is clearly the gonial angle and subhuman ramus, who give zero definition in the lower third and a cuck profile.

You can also notice i am boneless and have zero definition in the zygos.

My face have such problems, but i don't know so much about surgeries. I really need a guide to make a great plan.

how ? i think my lower third is clearly the worst part of my body, i don't even have a jawline, i atleast need bsso if no lefort i think. the lower third is even more brutal from front view, basically : zero angulairty, inward gonions and a ballon face.

For the gonial i don't know i don't measured. But maybe this effect is caused by the fact i have no ramus, but from what i know it is not possible to have a longer ramus with surgeries, it's why i had initially the idea of the ccw movement to retablish a less vertical looking face.

weird, from all people i asked, trimax seemed to be the solution to ascend me, i don't really had other surgeries advice. It's regrettable since bimax is a cheap procedure in my country. I hope surgeries i really need are not gonna be too expensive.

So what do you all think i should do to looks better ? Don't mention implants i'm against that and i think results are not really good.

Not much will change with bimax/trimax just looking at this pic. Your lower third is not heavily recessed

You dont need it. More advancement and you will look like a duck. If its the gonial angle youre concerned about, there are implants for this

Edit: but i see you dont want implants (which i understand btw), alternative would be filler, there are plenty of decent before/after on the internet

yes i thinked about fillers, but again, it doesn't really satisfy me since it's temporary and prone to migrate...

do you think improving masseters could help to fraud or it gonna worsen me and made me bloated ?
