yes Ive ran oral minox for two months and my lashes look so much better

Growing and dying your lashes.

To grow them, look into minoxidil, Latisse (guaranteed results) or peptide lash serums (mixed results, DYOR)

Grow your hair out on the sides a bit more to hide your long midface and fraud a better FWHR (or it's just lens distortion making your face look longer, that's a strong possibility)

Train your neck until it's as wide as your jaw

Dye your eyebrows a couple of shades darker than your hair, dye your lashes jet-black

I feel like an ear piercing would suit your look well.
