Can you get both ramus lengthening and jaw width? Essentially improving gonial angle and adding angularity + width?

Any idea for cost? I’d say 20-25k is reasonable if custom made in USA, other countries like 15k max

I don’t think it’s that expensive, but I’m not for sure
