What can palate expander improve in looks?

A palate expander mainly widens the upper dental arch in teens it can slightly improve midface width but in adults it won’t raise cheekbones or dramatically change maxilla/zygomas its mostly a functional dental treatment not a major looks enhancing one lwky

Fuuuck man, i had them like at 10 but had to get them removed because i almost cut my tongue in half because i was like mewing on the thing and it was cutting it, so had them only for like 2month maybe

Yeah i think i have a decent midface width so maybe not gonna get it again then, hoped it would help with infras or higher cheekbones

naa men have to run like 6-8ius of hgh and for a long time to make a difference not gonna risk organ growth
