What can replace oats, should we even eat oats?

I eat oats in the morning with some protein powder bit of dark chocolate and a kiwi like 3/400 calories and keeps me full for really long, if u dont want oats just eat some eggs or sm

dont eat oats or grain in general unless you enjoy heavily poisoning yourself and raping your teeth and insulin

Oats are not an ideal food to include in your diet, avenin is somewhat inflammatory for some, but before considering removing a food ask yourself if it is causing serious issues FOR YOU and not what some dudes in the Internet say (because scientific research says they're fine). I personally notice oats cause me some GI discomfort, probably due to avenin or some of the anti-nutrients they have, I started soaking them overnight and noticed a slight improvement.

I only include them when I'm bulking because it's so easy to get carbohydrates and calories out of them. When I'm cutting or eating at maintenance I cut them out because I feel less bloated.

What to replace them with? I don't know, there are like a million carbohydrate sources out there, find the one that's available, you enjoy and doesn't cause issues for you.
