What can save my lower third (advices)

Yo guys, here to ask all of u - what can i try to fix my short lower third, i'm not ready for surgeries now, but i can try fillers or maybe jus smash?

i think my philtrum is not that bad, first photo is just mouth position. About gonions and massaters, being honest i dont want square lower third, i wanna keep my archetype, that my lower third narrows, just want to make longer maybe. What do you think bro, and what you can advice? Also, In the photo, I’m slightly pushing my lower jaw forward to achieve proper occlusion. Because of that, I can’t fully contract my masseters. But this makes my jaw better a lot

Your face shape is very weird and

?) after genioplasty your lower third will appear longer isn't that what you wanted? plus the surgery can be free if prescribed
