What can surgery not fix?

This is taking account for invasive surgeries that are rarely done but HAVE or are done cosmetically.

The only thing i can think about:
- Lengthening your midface
- Non NT
- Skintone (To a significant degree)
- Narrowing your hips & ribcage
- Lengthening/shortening your torso
- Lengthening/shortening your neck
