If its just a flaky scalp you have to to make sure your scalp is moisturized (so just conditioner and hair mask 1x a week)

If its fungal dandruff, use nizoral shampoo (ketoconazole)

Just wash with plain water and don't use any product

Get prescription shampoo if it's fungal, get ghk-cu if it's dry skin, wash your hair properly if it's bits of conditioner/shampoo that's trapped.
