I have a tall ramus, I genetically carry barely any fat or bloat on my face, and my chin and nose are sharp, yet my overall face shape is kinda roundish and compact. Not really, to the point where it’s a flaw like DiCaprio but it would be better if it were more angular. The only reasons I can think of this being the case is because the chin isn’t super wide or blocky, it’s actually noticably well projected, but it’s pointed, not blocky and wide like most masculine men. Would a height genioplasty, or width genioplasty be better for this? I don’t have a recssed chin, it’s actually well projected, and from the side my profile is overall quite sharp/angular you’d think my face was more diamond shape, which it kinda is, its like a weird mix of diamond and round, with a slightly squared jaw, and in pictures most people tell me I don’t have a compact face, but it is proportioned like that. Maybe it’s also from a shorter mid face? I honestly have always thought longer/taller midface looks better on most men
