what surgery is needed? can you be seen as a human without a good maxilla?

i have 60k saved but i need to wait 6 years until i can spend it

any good surgeons in australia? how expensive is a good bimax?

If you need to wait six years I don't see why you're asking here now, I don't think you will remember a conversation six years ago.

But you need a Lefort I + BSSO (Bimax) if you want to improve the maxilla area. Not really a major surgery, but very expensive.

how expensive are we talking? i have 60k saved up but its in australian dollars im 17 now but im looking for a job now and most of the money will be going into my savings so by the time im 23 i will have atleast 75k

i am willing to spend upwards of 45k maybe 50 depending on how good the results are


but i need to worry about traveling because there is only 1 good surgeon ive seen here

I got a BSSO on the NHS (English) for free, because I had a genuine underbite. However, a BSSO + Lefort 1 is unlikely to be done for free on the health service. Either way, google says it's around 20k USD. Try getting it earlier if you can, 18-20 is a good age to improve. Furthermore, you may not even need it done - I'm not a surgeon so I cannot advise whether you need it. Try posting yourself on RealSelf or another Lookism forum in side profile and see what people say.


And, I'm going to say this to you since you're 17. Try an mk-677 stack. Might be a good opportunity to grow taller. Wish somebody told me about it at 17!!

There's a very underrated surgeon in your country.Dr Coceancig. His results look great imo and does shit cheaper than these "celebrity surgeons"

He is amongst the few surgeons in the world who does Imdo which mogs bsso to oblivion also he offers a custom version of genioplasty which he calls it geniopaully which is again better than the traditional genioplasty
