What can you do against social anxiety

I got bullied, molested, punched, and more when I was little and now I can’t even look at someone’s eyes or speak to someone without stuttering

I never had anything to do with a girl because of my trauma, many ppl tell me that I look good but I think they r coping and they r just tryna nicemaxx

If someone has the same problems or had them, it would be very nice if you tell me how I can get over it

You need to just do exposure therapy this is water and you already knew it before posting this

this and in the beginning it will feel like shit but that's the only way to overcome it

You need to just do exposure therapy this is water and you already knew it before posting this
Ik that I need to go to therapy the problem is just that I know I will just lie to the therapist and my parents will just waste money

Exposure therapy means you should go outside of your comfort zone and face your fears
