What can you do against the stepoff from a ccwr bsso/bimax?

What can you do? Small implant on jaw angle to cover it up?

Why would you think that? My trimax plan is desigend to avoid implants..

I will attach my plan, you can see it there. What I mean is the blue part in the plan that sticks out from the yellow/ramus part due to the cut and rotation

because recessed ppl usually have fucked up ramus / gonial angle

You gotta get some pretty strong ccw advancement to have a noticable stepoff. Most cases i've seen they actually lost their antegonial notch after the op.

If you have one tho, get some angle implants i guess.

of course the dr said it wouldn’t be a big problem
 
Make him sign a legal contract that says it won't indeed be a problem, if there is one you get free implants.
