What can you tell me about my appearance (I feel like I’m serialkillermaxxing)

Sometimes I feel like my look is that of a serial killer, and is almost emotionless. I don’t do this intentionally but my question to you all is this: what are some features that I can improve upon? What are noticeable differences in my face which I should correct? The goatee might have to go.
