this is an extremely good question bc even if ppl wear a mas kyou can see the canthal tilt
this may be surprising but most women i see have pct same with guys its about 50% pct 30% neutral and 20% negative
the reason more people have pct is because it's an evolutionary trait for the tear troughs to flow better and people with pct are mating more because of looks
