What canthal tilt is ideal?

I've seen in different places online that say shit like "X is attractive because he has Y kind of canthal tilt." Is it like a jaw, where a stronger one is almost always better? Or is it that different kinds can be attractive on different people?

10 degrees and above but due to and downturned medial canthus
and high cheekbones
vs
pct due to low nasal bridge

Also most men have pct but only in small degrees and if you have droppy lower lids a pct could appear negative
