Ipd: 76 mm Lateral canthus to temple end ( not against temple, measured keeping ruler parallel to face ): 22 mm
Byzygomial width: 152 mm inches Esr : 0.5
Distance between medial canthuses : 43 mm

Could be due to liver health issues ngl but if you're healthy and thats just how ur skin is then hop on melanotan or something, maybe lycopene 150mg astaxanthin 24mg for a more subtle change daily which is what I'm doing

Make sure to tell ur doctor not to go aggressively on the Asian bleph and say you only want a mm of upper eyelid exposure. To much uee will descend but rn the epicanthal fold is wayyy to low
