Face is defo more important than body. 50 percent is face bodynis like 20npercent.

If u don't have gymbody in 2024. U are OUT of the dating game. Or u must heavily compensate with face alone. Which is pretty hard.

I actually look younger cuz of gym. Before gym I looked 30 without beard. Now I look like a teenager without beard. Roids will defo age u.

You don't need an extreme gymbody when eating properly. Youll get naturally toned and fit. I used to eat correctly and could maintain myself with a good frame/low bodyfat. I am slacking now, but once I start eating raw liver, meat fish and eggs again, I get naturally toned. Lifting heavy weights is not a good idea imo. Calisthenics is the better alternative

Calisthenics is for fags. Heavy lifting is where the real testosteron rises. Stop coping. You'll never look good lean without decent muscle mass.

I only trained for like 2-3 times a week 1 hour each session, but not too extreme. I ate a lot of raw meat, fish and eggs. Raw liver etc

Well I am not this lean now. I slack. But I reached that physique in less than 2 years for sure. I've always had a pretty solid good physique without doing much (push ups mostly) but I lifted weights for this one yea, but only 2 or 3 times a week and no longer than 1 hour each training
