If an emperor has moral perfection, his rule will be peaceful and benevolent. Natural disasters and conflict, on the other hand, are a natural consequence of straying from ancient teachings. ahh this seems very interesting but it kind of isn’t true. As people can often mistaken virtue for weakness, this might not cause a benevolent and peaceful kingdom but rather a kingdom where people will think that rules don’t really matter.
