What caused bad skin and hair

Im eating healthy I use good products but somehow my skin and my hair aren’t really getting better what’s the cause?

For hair I use Bali curls shampoo,conditioner and leave in I only wash my hair with shampoo 1/2 a week cause otherwise it’s even worse I’m now switching to Alterra curls shampoo because maybe my hair just isn’t made for the Bali curls shampoo

For skin I use
La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream And hydrating cleanser gotta use all these hydrating products cause my skin is always dry asf

by 'bad skin' I assume you have acne? or is it the texture/dryness ur talking abt

im not even gonna bother reading what you said, all ima say is stop using products in ur hair. wash with eggs every few days and cold water. thats how I fixed my hair

Acne isn’t that bad just sometimes have some weeks where it gets kinda bad it’s the dryness
