What caused general hair loss in my body? (please help)

3 months ago i started losing an insane amount of hair all over the body. And the density of all the body reduces drastically everywhere. In the arms was the first i noiced, then i noticed the hair, then eyebrows and eyelashes. I thought it was going to solve itself but it didnt. Please help wtf is going on. My hair looks dry and thin, my eyebrows looks sparse and i have no more eyelashes.
