What caused my gyno?

When I was 15 I noticed a small lump under my nipple. For some reason I squeezed it and a brown liquid came out.

I freaked out and told my mom and got blood tests.
Whats interesting about the blood tests was that my estrogen and prolactin were both slightly below median, thyroid gland was above average and I remember my testosterone being around 750.

To this day I still have the gyno and I have no clue what couldve caused it at all

Same for me. Always been high T but got gyno anyway. I was also always super slim. Than i noticed even indigenous african tribes have it. I'm baffled tbh.

Yeah, ive noticed that blacks have gyno more often despite being high T

I think it has more to do with estrogen receptors in the tits tbh

Yes, you can clearly have genetic predispositions. But still, i apparently had a bit too much estrogen (probably aromatized). If i had 0 it wouldn't trigger no matter how sensitive.
