WHAT CAUSED WORLD HEIGHT TO INCREASE THIS FAST?

70 years ago the average German soldier height was 5’7 (170cm)
The average soviet soldier was 5’6 (168cm)
Average British man over 100 years ago was 5’6

Yet, over the last century, the average height of many counties increased exponentially. Why is this?

Otherwise, genetics trump nutrition because you still see shorter people today.

Sure but those people would be even shorter back then

We are reaching the peak of our genetic potential due to nobody being malnourished. After everyone having enough calories and nutrients, height is one of the most predictable traits by genetics.
