Probably just loose eyelids, the actual eyelid is too long so it droops

That could look uncanny, the lid is literally too long a piece of eyelid should be cut out (nobody does this)
Imagine holding a rope in your hands, the longer the rope is the more it'll sag, the shorter the rope the less it'll sag, if the rope is so short it barely covers the distance between your hands it won't sag at all but be straight and tense. The eyelid is too long for your orbit, it should be stretched over a larger face jfl
