tongue tie will cause you to be recessed and you’ll never find out why you’re recessed because there’s no info about it online

hormones is one of the biggest factors
having consistent levels of test preferably on the higher end of the scale will give you the best facial development but the other 2 factors have to contribute to it as well

It's because they're not actively "mewing" like the subhumans are trying to do, as a child they developed normal tongue posture due to adequate bone development. Their tongue is naturally on the roof of their mouth, it's not a conscious thing.

That's what "mewing" gets wrong.

Nothing here is simple really. Nobody actually knows the answer. We just know what to do to predispose yourself to a better outcome

You yourself need to be healthy. Eat an ideal diet with no malnutrition.
Have a child in your 20s.
The woman carrying your child needs to be healthy as well, never do anything to influence the pregnancy. Look up "Fetal Alcohol Syndrome" for an simple case of certain factors during pregnancy fucking your child up.
Child should be breastfed.
Child should have proper posture, and should be fed all proper vitamins and minerals. Balanced ideal diet.
Child should eat hard foods.
