Looks to be primarily the broadness of the chin and shape of the mandible. Soft tissue probably plays a role too though

Chin squareness mainly. It’s not actually separated the way the soft tissue is stretched makes it look that way.

wideness of the chin instead of how forward grown it is, this type of chin is mostly seen in people with square faces
