what causes cystic acne?

i have good hygiene and honestly yeah i’ve been eating half-bad goyjunk but i don’t see why i’m getting so much cystic acne, what causes it?

Diet is a lot of it
Other hormone disruptions could be to blame
Try to incrementally clean up how you live
