what causes different eye shapes?

What causes a more curved upper eyelid versus a more elongated curved/more subtle.

What causes a straight eyelid/more square shape like elias or that hockey player guy?

How do I basically get this guys eye shape?

I know i lack under eyelid fat but im more interested in the upper eyelid, how do you get it more straighter/less curvy?
