Is it overprojected browridge, underprojected nose or recessed maxilla or combination of multiple? Or is it just soft tissue, sagging skin?

it's most likely the spacing between the ridge and the nose protrusion in combination with the width that causes it, the wider your nose is at the top and the higher the protrusion the worse your crease will be, I only get it mildly when I frown despite having an ogre tier ridge.
