what causes higher pfl or vice versa

is that based on genetics and if theres somthing u can do about what can u do for it surgery etc

doing a medial and lateral canthoplasty can widen your eyes (you can DIY the medial but not the lateral)

It's entirely genetic, the only possible way to lengthen it is via bilateral tripod osteotomy which is only performed by Giant and there's 0 info about anywhere.

What? No it cannot.
epicanthoplasty is cutting back the skin to widen the fissure (pfl) the eyeball will obv not change in size, but the human eyeball size variation is minor anyways, the real factor is the distance between the eye corners (which is defined by skin and tendon)

prob true how do u even messure it do yk?
I used a circle-drawing compass with some fabric over the points to hold against my eye corners, then use a ruler to measure the exact gap between the tips of the compass, or you could just hold a ruler up to your eye, since you complain about the pfl I'd expect yours to be around 27mm, just so you have something to go off of
