For the millionth time, deep canine fossa.

I'm guessing not many people know about it because it's one of those things that don't really matter. It makes your face look very masc which can be useful for balancing feminine features, but it doesn't make you more attractive necessarily. In this case Maher only has it because of the lighting. The deeper your canine fossae are, the less lighting-dependent it is. It's variable like any other feature.

does convex philtrum effect hollow cheeks?
what kind does it give u if u just have convex ohiltrum without deep canine fossa?

It just allows for mouth separation if you have hollow cheeks. It's not really noticeable with a shallow canine fossa. Only if it's deep.

Deep canine fossa without mouth separation (like in OP):

it's hypertrophy of the muscles around the mouth or canine fossa.

in maher's case is hypertrophy.

you often see this in people who've been abusing androgens for extended periods of time, or people who are very sensitive to androgens.
