I actually had a dream for the first time in a long time last time I slept, I was really stressed out usually I have dreams if I’m stressed for some reason.

Poor sleep quality. Sleep maxx lil nigga

I took two caps magnesium glycinate and ate 30 eggs and had the most vivid dream I've had in years.

it's mainly this if sleep quality is fine. sometimes i'll have no dreams for a while, but then once I get one if I write everything down I keep dreaming afterwards.

Everyone dreams, you just forget. Imagine all the adventures you had in your dreams but you just can't remember them.

The suppression of one's openness to self identity.

A "dream" is basically the way your consciousness and apparent reality exists without a trained filter.

Dreams are just reality that we seek when the filter is turned off powerfully enough & we recall it.

Of course the finer details and deeper science doesn't really matter nor need to be explained.

It is a common sense principle that dreaming is just exploring reality while asleep and recalling/remembering such.

When you sleep you don't have the same control over how you view reality always like when awake.

When awake as an adult you are "trained" basically & physiologically in how you perceive what is "real" to you.

If you want to "dream" more, try LSD or cyproheptadine -- you'll even "dream" some while wide awake.
