Lack of concentration (brain fog) is caused by gluten intolerance.
People think only 1% of the people have celiac disease but it's bullshit....gluten intolerance has a much higher prevalence.
Now, some celiacs create antibodies against a type of transglutaminase called transglutaminase 2. In this case the body attacks the intestinal villi, destroying them and creating inflammation. This is the hallmark of celiac disease.

The thing is (and this is something almost nobody know), it was discovered not long ago that there are another 2 type of transglutaminasi....type 3 and type 6.
Type 3 affects the skin (it causes dermatitis herpetiformis and other skin related problems), type 6 affects the brain. It causes inflammation in the brain and that inflammation is the cause of brain fog.
Transglutaminase type 6 are created everytime we (the intolerant people) eat gluten. So if you eat gluten around the clock you will always have brain fog/lack of concentration and if you keep doing it for years you'll end up with brain damage. It was found that some people intolerant to gluten who had antibodies against transglutaminase type 6 and that didn't follow a strict gluten free diet has reduced grey matter in the brain. That abnormalities were stopped and fixed once they started a gluten free diet.

I also had this. It took me so much time to find out because I never had any intestinal problems so I didn't think the lack of focus/brain fog could be caused by something we eat.
My problems were: lack of concentration, inability to retrieve the right word from my mind, short term memory problems, reading words and not understanding their meaning and so having to back and re-read it, difficulty speaking because I always had the word I wanted to say in the tip of my tongue ecc.
All this resolved after going on a strict gluten free diet. And there are thousands of people who also fixed it.
ADHD doesn't exist, it's a symptoms of an underlying condition caused by a reaction to gluten. I visited many doctors who were sure I had ADHD and gave me Adderall and Vyvanse and even though they helped me, I kept poisoning myself with gluten. Now I have peak brain performance without taking anything....of course I don't touch gluten.

There is also some tests you can take to be 100% sure...:CyrexLabs Array 3 and 4....keep in mind they are expensive though. It's about 1,000€ for both.....unfortunately doctors don't test for transglutaminase type 6, they don't even know what it is....that's why they say the lack of focus is caused by ADHD, stress, anxiety or whatever. Such bullshit.
