Mouthbreathing causes significant reccesion, unideal development (nosebreathing but not mewing, mouthbreathing at night, no chewing) will cause average recession.

Mewing is a meme if you expect change in adulthood. Mewing is not a meme if you are talking about developing children as mewing will guide their maxillary growth upwards (maxilla naturally grows down).

Even if you are 15 you will experience marginal change. IMO chewing affects your development much more significantly in regards to ramus height specifically, considering lowering of your gonial angle primarily happens in late teens chewing would be beneficial during that period.

It is late for you, I am 15 and while I did experience some minor changes due to mewing idk if it was just puberty doing its thing
