What causes my monkey ass face

Feels like my skin protrudes around my lip and makes me look like a sub Saharan subhuman especially in bad lighting, is it from my recessed ass mandible or somehow fat? I don’t feel bones under it, it’s not the teeth protruding out, would I need bimax to fix or would genio be enough?

I’ve barely trained them ever… always noticed the monkey face even when I was fat eating soft slop

Some botox in the philtrum might curve it slightly, or subdermal lift in between the nose and upper lips


The chin's angle is not that flat, the lipofiller/filler will fix it [lipofiller is basically fat graft]

Going to Bangkok rattinan clinic, not sure who exactly yet though, still getting consults. Done no research on anything lip related because thought it was caused by the mandible recession, gonna look into more tho thanks bhai
