I had to get to super low bf for my cheeks to look decent why is that?
I'm not even bloated in this Pic but I get bloated so easily from sleeping or sugar it's not even funny

There are more factors to it like maxilla forward growth, fat distribution (someone could be 16% and have hollow cheeks) and water retention.
