are you sure? the majority of people with mouth breather faces etc on bimax before/afters don't have NCT at all, same with hemifacial microsomia patients. im p sure it is genetic unless crouzon syndrome

because it literally depends on head posture. look straight in the mirror and then tilt your head down as far as possible - then look again

This. When i tilt my head up my ct goes from positive to neutral or slightly negative. Some people however has nct with neutral head posture, in this case it's correlated with tendons.

It won't change the position of the lateral canthus relatively to the medial canthus which is dictated by eye ligaments, lacrimal bones and outer orbits which don't have anything to do with head posture.

I have tried myself and i have pct in every angle and even if it wasn't the case it would just mean that in one particular angle (from where you are rarely looked at irl) my canthal tilt would appear differently but it wouldn't change the fact that in most cases when talking face to face to someone your canthal tilt will appear as it is.
