What causes screla show?

id rather do implants over fat graft for infras

nigga chill
hmm not really

The infraorbital area is extremely thin and mobile, so implants are almost never a good idea unless ur infras are REALLY recessed. Surgeons tlk abt this all the time, infection is a huge deal in this zone

Filler isn’t ideal either bcs of the possible migration, as we all know.

Fat grafting honestly just mogs IMO

poor orbitals, obviously something like this can happen with age, but the root cause is always skeletal. scleral show is common with negative orbital vectors.

Your options are implants, or a canthopexy/canthoplasty.

I'm assuming smth like infra implants would work to fix this

but what abt fat grafting?
@shessonice ?

fat grafting might work but you are delaying the inevitable. it will come back.
yeah I'm guessing some of the fat grafted would go away after some months.

but either way, if you do touch-up sessions eventually you'd get to the point where the fat allocated would be permanent.

even if you retained 100% of the fat.
The soft tissue support network (collagen) will fade with age, then you are just going to end up with shitty saggy under eyes.

now however long this takes varies with person, you might only see it return at like the age of 60, which then i dont know if looksmaxxing really matters anymore.
