what causes short pfl?

some people have short pfl but they still have normal medial canthus lengths, so it can't be caused from that. and i'm pretty sure your skin doesn't covers your eyeballs and makes ur eyes look narrower horizontally, so is it the actual eyeball length that determines ur pfl? if it is, it's over because its impossible to change eyeball size.

both have similar medial canthus lengths ( i think) but rafa has a signficantly longer pfl, its def not the eyelashes giving the appearance.

that doesn't effect the length of your eyeball though, ur skin doesnt cover ur eyeball or else we would have some blind spots on the corners of our eye

so if i just cut my lateral and medial canthus i will have a longer pfl? cause palpebral fissure is the skin, so that means i can cut it to reveal more of the eyeball

dude. go to a doctor, but essentially that is what they will do depending on how set ur eyes are and also ur bones.

its due to your lateral orbital rim or lateral canthus and more laterally positioned one, increases pfl, mixed with your medial canthus - vice versa

look into a lateral canthoplasty brah, it is possible, and you have to use angles, it isn't just pulling it straight

do u think it will be good at improving pfl its mainly for fixing droopy eyes and stuff i saw before and after it doesnt increase pfl too much

every case is specialized, and it can be put together with a medial epicanthoplasty for greater results
